Fully tax-deductible. Under workplace health promotion, up to €600/year is exempt from tax and social contributions (§ 3 No. 34 German Income Tax Act) — our package is below that threshold and therefore tax-free for employees. On request, this can be secured via a binding ruling (§ 42e German Income Tax Act).
Note: the tax treatment must be confirmed with a tax advisor on a case-by-case basis. § 3 No. 34 German Income Tax Act is an allowance and tied to meeting the requirements of §§ 20/20b German Social Code Book V.
