2.4 Estimated vs. Actual Biomarker Values

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimated biomarker values are approximations based on population-level research
• Estimated values may differ significantly from actual laboratory results
• Estimated values should NOT be used for medical decision-making
• You should obtain actual laboratory testing to confirm any estimated values
• Inself makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of estimated values

2.5 Consult Your Healthcare Provider

YOU MUST CONSULT WITH A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE:

• Starting any new diet, exercise, or supplement regimen
• Making changes to your current medications or treatments
• Acting on any recommendations provided by our platform
• If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications

NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF INFORMATION FROM INSELF.

2.6 Third-Party Laboratory Services

When you access laboratory testing through our platform:

• Testing is performed by independent, licensed laboratories
• Inself does NOT control or guarantee laboratory operations
• You may be entering a separate agreement with the laboratory
• Laboratory services are subject to the laboratory's own terms and privacy practices

OUR SERVICES ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR:

• Emergency or life-threatening situations
• Replacement of primary care physician services
• Clinical monitoring of chronic conditions requiring medical supervision

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

4.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating your account and to update such information as needed. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in unsuitable recommendations.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT, WHETHER OR NOT YOU WERE AWARE OF SUCH USE.

• Biological Age Assessment: Estimation based on health markers and lifestyle factors
• Meal Planning: Customized meal plans based on your goals and preferences
• Workout Programs: Periodized exercise programs
• Educational Content: Articles, guides, and resources about health optimization

5.2 Progressive Web Application

Inself is delivered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) accessible through your web browser. You acknowledge that:

• The Services require an internet connection
• Performance may vary based on your device, browser, and network conditions
• You are responsible for any data charges from your internet service provider
• Browser updates may affect functionality
• We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge

5.3 Service Availability

• Services may vary by geographic location

6.4 Emergency Warning

NEVER USE AI FEATURES IN MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. AI recommendations are not designed for urgent health situations. If you experience a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

6.5 Prohibited AI Uses

You agree NOT to use AI features:

• As a primary source for medical diagnosis
• To make medication decisions
• During mental health crises

7. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell or sublicense the Services
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use automated systems to access our Services
• Frame, scrape, or mirror our platform

8.2 De-identification Rights

You agree that Inself may de-identify and anonymize your data in accordance with applicable law (including the GDPR anonymization requirements) and use such de-identified data for any lawful purpose.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvements you provide become Inself's property. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

You are solely responsible for:

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

10. Payment and Subscriptions

Inself may offer subscription plans for premium features. By subscribing:

• You may cancel at any time through account settings

10.2 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency
• Prices include VAT where required by law
• We reserve the right to change prices with notice
• Price changes do not affect current subscription periods

10.3 Product Purchases

Purchases through our supplement store are subject to:

• Shipping restrictions
• Separate product terms where applicable

10.4 Shipping Costs

We currently ship to Germany and Austria only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight. Standard and express options are available:

• Germany Standard from €4.99 (2-4 business days), Express from €9.99 (1-2 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over €50.
• Austria Standard from €9.99 (4-8 business days), Express from €19.99 (2-4 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over €75.

All prices include statutory VAT. Rates may vary based on order weight and are subject to change. Express shipping is never free. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are not guaranteed.

10.5 Returns and Refunds

Eligibility

Physical products purchased through the Inself store may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unopened and in their original packaging
• In the same condition as when received

Exceptions

Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for return even if opened. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@inself.io with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Method

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Right to Deny

Inself reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements, including items that have been opened, used, or returned after the 30-day period.

Digital Services

Digital services, including subscriptions and AI-generated plans, are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

10.6 Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure third-party processors (such as Stripe). We do not store complete payment card details.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 "As Is" Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

11.2 No Health Outcome Warranty

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT:

• Our Services will improve your health or achieve specific results
• Our recommendations are suitable for your individual circumstances
• Any biological age calculations or biomarker estimates are accurate or complete
• Estimated biomarker values will match actual laboratory results
• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSELF, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any health outcomes resulting from following our recommendations
• Errors or inaccuracies in estimated biomarker values or other information
• Differences between estimated and actual biomarker values
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party actions, products, or services
• Personal or bodily injury arising from use of the Services
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim

11.4 Essential Purpose

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THEM.

11.5 Consumer Rights

For EU/EEA consumers: This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inself, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

1. Your access to or use of the Services
2. Your violation of these Terms
3. Your violation of any third-party rights
4. Any content you submit through the Services
5. Your negligent or wrongful conduct
6. Any health decisions you make based on our Services
7. Any third-party claim that your use infringes intellectual property rights

14. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@inself.io. Upon deletion, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account:

16.2 Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice with the required statutory information to support@inself.io.

17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inself regarding the Services.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
