Terms and Conditions (Consumers)

1. Scope

These terms apply to subscriptions (Pro/Elite), one-time blood panels, and orders in the supplement store placed via the Inself platform. Conflicting customer terms do not apply.

A consumer within the meaning of these terms is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products and services does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is formed upon our confirmation or provision of the service.

In accordance with § 312j (3) German Civil Code (BGB), the order button is labelled "Order with obligation to pay". By clicking it you confirm that the order entails an obligation to pay.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are final prices in euros.

Payment is processed via our payment service provider Stripe. The payment methods available there apply.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions (Pro/Elite) are billed monthly or annually depending on the billing period selected and renew automatically unless cancelled in time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is possible via the account settings or by email to support@inself.io.

5. Blood panels (one-time purchase)

Blood panels are provided as a one-time service. They are information and wellness services and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, deadlines and the model withdrawal form can be found in our right-of-withdrawal notice.

7. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for injury to life, body or health or for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

Inself makes no healing promises and no statements about specific health outcomes. Our services do not replace medical advice.

8. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
